Motivation
I am constantly misplacing my wallet and keys, causing undue stress I felt as I found myself late to events, looking for these necessities. This object is the first place I go after I get home. I put my most necessary belongings in their spots, secure in the knowledge of their whereabouts. I pluck a hair on my beard, wipe away a smudge of sunscreen, flip down an upright collar. Functionally, I wanted to create a mirror / shelf that would slot into, and benefit, my daily routine.
Brief / Design Considerations
Able to elegantly hold:
Keys
Phone
Wallet
Headphones / Ear buds
other EDC items
Small - the mirror is not for primping. It’s for a quick check in, and to hold the things I need.
Mimic the serenity induced by coastal Maine.

Final Product
A calming, sinuous wave form. A place for everything, and everything in its place. No wasted space, just an elegant solution.
